As football season approached, we wanted to tell the story of the moments that happen in between the plays, like showing your teammate your new lobster socks, or hugging your friend after a loss. We created documentary-style content for Sports Authority, following two teams as they prepared for their seasons, capturing the moments that make them more than a team and more like brothers.
Fun Fact: I cold called about 40 football coaches in the Front Range before we found the two teams we wanted to highlight. We became the Pirates’ biggest fans and even got to go to their team pizza parties.
